Good Bye, Tom..... Why??
This Tom Cruise thing is strange. He apparently didn't injure or kill anyone, drive drunk, beat his wife, steal or shoplift, embezzle, rob a bank, or kidnap anyone. He has acted a bit strange and insulted some folks publicly, but it doesn't seem to exceed what has been done by others who still keep plinking out movies.
I agree with Bill O'Reilly of FOX television, there is something more going on here. Perhaps it is just the result of a flurry of insults ending in "you're fired." Perhaps it was what they said (recent public reaction to his behavior).
What ever it is, it doesn't really hit very hard on the hit parade of human importance when we have many things in the world more worth our attention and worry than why Tom got the axe. Good bye, Tom? Probably not.
